Too tight, too loose, too “flappy,” too stiff, too scratchy, wrong fit: For kids with sensory sensitivities—or kids with adaptive clothing needs—getting dressed can, quite literally, be a pain. What may seem like a small thing, like a rough tag or a seam, or a waistband that rubs against a feeding tube, can feel unbearable to the child wearing the clothes.
