The raging fashion storm, a.k.a. fashion month, is here again. We’re in the midst of New York Fashion Week and still to come are London, Milan and Paris Fashion Week. While those cosmopolitan cities are known as the big four fashion capitals of the world, it’s time for the severely stylish metropolis that is Hong Kong to join that list.

Hypebae recently voyaged to the spellbinding, skyscraper-studded city to check out one of Asia’s most significant fashion events, CENTRESTAGE. Hundreds of established and emerging brands–from all over but mostly from Asia–revealed their Spring/Summer 2024 collections at the four-day extravaganza, which featured runway shows, presentations and seminars on trends and sustainability. Presented by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the larger-than-life annual fashion showcase and trade show took over the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, a colossal venue that overlooks the psychotically picturesque Victoria Harbour.

New York Fashion Week is upon us as we are already on day two of the Spring/Summer 2024 season.

It’s no secret that the girlies are looking forward to experiencing the vibes Sandy Liang, Collina Strada and LaQuan Smith have to offer as there is a slew of It girl-approved brands on the roster. Joining the mainstay labels are emerging designers, many of which are making their debut on the hallowed runways. Female-founded brands Buci, Diotima and Grace Ling are among the freshman class with Buci kicking off NYFW on the very first day with an ethereal presentation of its ultra-feminine designs.

While Jackson Wiederhoeft has graced fashion week before, his eponymous label continues to break uncharted ground, delivering utterly whimsical bridal and evening designs, earning him a spot on Tuesday’s schedule. In addition to showcasing some of fashion’s hottest brands, this season’s Copenhagen Fashion Week spotlighted the most exciting designers from the Nordic region. From Jade Cropper to P.L.N., we’ve rounded up four brands to look out for and their Spring/Summer 2023 collections presented in the Danish capital.

A. Roege Hove, Latimmier and P.L.N. joined the CPHFW roster under its newly launched incubator program NEWTALENT, which aims to help rising designers grow on a global scale. Meanwhile, Jade Cropper — first launched in 2020 — partnered with Circulose to create a sustainably minded collection of knits, denim and more.
